Travel Documents:
A passport is REQUIRED for US citizens traveling to Jamaica. You can get yours here. E-tickets will be emailed about 14 days prior to departure.
If you do not have an email address, call us for other arrangements.
Instant email confirmations/invoices are sent upon booking your trip.
If paper tickets are necessary, we will need an accurate address to
deliver to.

Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Payment may be made by either money order, cashiers check, certified check or a credit card of the passenger.
A tour participant agreement must be signed by each person traveling.
Optional Travel Protection Plan is available. The cost is $119 per person for packages including airfare. It covers many things such as trip cancellation,trip interuption,travel delay, lost baggage and medical expenses on location. You will receive more info with your confimation.
Your invoice reflects the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes made to the reservation will result in additional fees, this does not include adding new people to the reservation. The invoice also reflects the room occupancy you requested at the time of reservation. If you do not fill your room or your roomate(s) cancels, you will be responsible for all occupancy surcharges.
You will receive your E-tickets approximately 10-14 days prior to your departure weekend.
All departure taxes, security fees and government fees must be paid in full with your final payment.
New Federal Regulations require that the following information be provided. Full legal name (as it appears on your Passport), Date of Birth, Gender, Passport Number (if using a passport as proof of citizenship at the airport), Citizenship and Emergency Contact information. The only way to provide this information is either at the time of booking (if booking online) or to visit our website after making your reservation and clicking on the Login In button. You will need to enter your last name and customer number.
If you prefer a payment plan can be arranged. In order to take advantage of this payment plan a signed authorization form must be filled out. Please call 1-800-816-1846 if you have any questions.
